Edappally is a region in the city of Kochi, Kerala. It is a prominent commercial as well as residential region and one of the fastest growing part of Kochi city.

     Edappally is a part of Cochin corporation, Cochin corporation limits start from the Lulu mall signal towards ernakulam or Palarivattom. The area that covers lulu mall and Edappally toll comes under Kalamassery Municipality limits.

       Edappally is well connected to other parts of Kochi city and even to other states. The Cochin bypass, is one of the busiest roads in Kerala.It connects Edappally to Aroor. The  bypass junction in Edappally is the north end of Cochin bypass and Aroor which is an industrial town is at the south end of Cochin bypass. This entire route is evolving into a major business hub with big time stores and five star hotels.

      Edappally has plenty of  places of entertainment in which lulu mall and Oberon mall bags the first and second position respectively. Oberon mall is the first mall in Kerala to have multiplex theatre facility and is located on NH bypass just a kilometer from Edappally junction.

  Lulu mall which is the largest mall in India is itself located at Edappally. A premium five star hotel of 300 rooms managed by JW Marriott is located near the mall.

    Changampuzha  Sanskriti Kendram, consist of a children’s park and two open air auditorium where programmes are organised everyday which includes various art forms by renowned artists and literary activities.

  Edappally also houses numerous places of worship of all religion, Thrikakkara Vamana murthy temple, St.George forane church, Edappally Juma masjid are a few to name.
